Our Project Experience – Dairy Value Chain Development
LADDO Milk Value Chain Project | RCDS | Sheikhupura, Punjab
Solve Agri Pak Private Limited (SAPPL) designed and implemented the LADDO Milk Value Chain Project for RCDS in Sheikhupura District, Punjab. The project aimed to empower dairy farmers by establishing direct milk marketing channels and providing consumers with quality milk.
SAPPL’s scope of work included establishing a milk collection network, developing milk retail outlets in Lahore, and conducting village-level farmer training on milk quality, hygienic milk handling, and collection practices.
