Women Training in Livestock Management (2020-21)

PSDF has awarded contract to Solve Agri Pak (Private) Limited to train 2,000 rural women in 50 Union Councils of Attock and Mianwali districts. The women will be trained in batches where by a class of 20 women will be setup in one village and the enrolled trainees will get training for 1.5 months duration on Livestock Management. The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore (UVAS) would carry out the examination and certification at the end of training. The project kicked off on 1st January 2020 and will end up on Feb 15, 2021. So far, 1,000 trainees have been trained in Attock district under this project while remaining are yet to be trained.
